The blessing of the renovated building of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Bucharest

His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of Romania, blessed on Thursday afternoon, 30 September 2015, the building of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology Patriarch Justinian in Bucharest, recently restored, as well as Cafeteria Mensa from within the Social and Cultural Centre Patriarch Justin.

In the end, His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel granted, as a sign of appreciation, several awards to the persons who contributed to the successful completion of the restoration works, as follows:

• St John Chrysostom Order For Clergy awarded to Ştefan Ababei, Patriarchal Adviser;

• St Brâncoveanu Martyrs Order For Clergy awarded to Viorel Barbu, Manager Social and Cultural Centre Patriarch Justin;

• Commemorative diploma St. John Chrysostom with medal awarded to Mr. George Ene, Patriarchal Adviser;

• Commemorative diploma St. John Chrysostom with medal awarded to: Radu Vodă Monastery, the Deaneries of Districts 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Bucharest, Boteanu Ienii Parish (Deanery of District 1 of Bucharest), Griviţa Parish (Deanery of District 1 of Bucharest), Parish (Deanery of District 3, Virgin Mary Parish (Deanery of District 3, St Elias - Ghencea (Deanery of District 3 of Bucharest); 

• Diploma of worthiness St Pious Demetrious the New, Protector of Bucharest, granted to Popescu and to Mr. Adrian Cantia;

• Diploma of worthiness Mother of God granted to Mrs. Ioana Culea, Director of SC CONMAR PROJECT SRLBucharest;

The Cafeteria is located on the right wing of the student dormitory, close to the Faculty of Theology.
